Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATION

We offer refunds & returns for most items. Except on made to order art and other items. Some pieces may require extensive shipping, so we recommend you be sure before purchasing. 

Missing Items

If you find that an item is missing from your package or order, please contact us within 9 days to fix the issue.

Wrong Item

If, by the off chance, you find you have received the wrong item, for instance the wrong colour, please contact us within 7 days for it to be replaced. You will be sent a postage label to send it back to us in its original packaging. We will then replace the item, or refund you if it is out of stock.

Damaged Items

If items were damaged in transit, please send us photos detailing the issue and make sure you use items for their intended purpose. You may receive a full refund & replacement, or a small, partial refund or credit, depending on the issue. For instance, a partial refund may be more acceptable if there is only a slight, tiny nick on a large furniture piece. This may be easier for some customers rather than receiving 2 large items because one had a tiny nick. Things happen. Refunds & returns are at the sole discretion of The White Mall customer service.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about an item, please contact us within 14 days, outlining your issue. Change of mind returns are the responsibility of you. Unopened items will receive full refunds. However, if you open your package and then change your mind about your purchase, you may contact us, and we will see if we can arrange a small to full refund or credit, again at the discretion of The White Mall.
