At The White Mall, we offer free, Australia wide shipping.

Please be aware of Covid or Flood, Weather delays occurring in your area.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

Products are shipped from Melbourne.

Shipping times vary depending on state. Our couriers usually naturally ship express. Vic residents can expect 1-3 days, usually, for shipping. NSW, TAS, SA & ACT residents, a similar amount of 1-4 days. Queensland, NT residents, the same, maybe add a day or two to be sure; but mostly we find a similar timeframe to be expected. WA may expect 2-7 days timeframe. It really varies, but is shipped expressly. And we just want to be sure on times, so, you can probably expect quicker, in most circumstances.

Please provide a physical address over a P.O box as some of our couriers can't deliver to them. If you live in the country - our couriers can still deliver to physical addresses.

Some items cannot be delivered to certain post codes, this will usually be mentioned on the item page. If you order from one of these codes, your order will be refunded back to you. 

Items will be delivered with tracking.
